Whatsup with 501c3?

As a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ and believer in the Holy Scriptures, I do not attend any meeting nor come under any organization if they are 501c3. Why? Here are 3 reasons:

1) 501c3 "churches" attempt to serve two masters, but their true and legal head (or "lord") is the State, not Jesus Christ

2) 501c3 "churches" sign a waiver to forfeit their 1st Amendment Freedom of Speech rights, and therefore are legally and honor-bound (by their oath) to NOT teach or preach the entire Word of God

3) Money given to all 501c3's (with paid employees) funds abortions and all manner of ungodliness, and may be an unclean offering before God (details)

QUOTE:
"The Church of Jesus Christ is a living organism, called into existence by Jesus Christ. Her mandate to meet and to function is a divine mandate, outside the scope of earthly powers to permit or deny. Just as God instructed the Israelites to "make no covenant" (Ex 23:32 ; 34:12) with the members of other lands, the early church likewise "took nothing (such as tax-exemptions) of the gentiles" (3 John 1:7) "for His name's sake"! True churches functioned (flourished!) throughout history and in America for centuries before the 501c3 system was ever introduced, and no true church needs to be a 501c3 to be legitimate in the eyes of God, OR in the eyes of American law."

ARTICLE:
HUSH MONEY
by Darrell K. Corbyn

With the news of the coming Real ID act (National ID card) and the proliferation of the implanted RFID chip, I thought to myself, the churches will never stand for this.

This is precisely what prophecy warned them about. The Bible even goes on to say that by taking this mark and worshiping the Antichrist and his image, one’s destiny will be torment with fire and brimstone. Certainly the churches will band together and march on Washington to stop this. A sleeping giant in the battle for our freedom from tyranny was about to awaken. However, this warm fuzzy feeling I was experiencing was about to end.

Upon further research, I discovered that most churches and many charities are politically impotent. The largest like-minded connected bodies in the United States together could do very little to stop this. How could this be?

The 501©(3) trap

In 1954, Congress approved a law signed by Sen. Lyndon Johnson to prohibit 501[c](3) organizations, which includes churches and charities, from engaging in political activity and speaking against the government. The 501[c](3) legally makes these private organizations agencies of the government and allows them special exemption from taxes and IRS scrutiny. Also, this law put severe limits on their lobbying capabilities and virtually renders them ineffective. Practically speaking, the churches and charities trade their First Amendment right of free speech and their right to lobby for protection from the IRS. In simpler terms, hush money.

[Note: 501[c](3) is absolutely unnecessary for churches as they were already tax-exempted by IRS Code].

These 501[c](3) organizations and their staff members are prohibited from identifying with a candidate, expressing their views on issues that might indirectly associate them with a candidate or political party, and speaking out against government agencies. The prohibitions even extend to individual members of congregations within 501[c](3) churches.

Example one: Jenny, a member of the congregation, wants to get some members together after the service to meet in room A and discuss the upcoming election. She wants to research the candidates to see which one identifies the most with the values of her church, and then report her findings to the pastor. This would be a direct violation of the prohibition.

Example two: An organization that invites one candidate to speak at its well-attended annual banquet, but invites the opposing candidate to speak at a sparsely attended general meeting, would be in violation of the prohibition, even if the manner of presentation for both speakers is otherwise neutral.

Violations of 501[c](3) provisions would be punishable by the removal of the organization’s tax free status and a levy of an excise tax would be imposed by the IRS.

To be in compliance, the leaders of these organizations have to warn their members of the issues far in advance of the elections, and then hope that through grueling research, while wading through mounds of misinformation, they will connect the issues to the right candidate. What are the odds? Maybe a few will come out of the tangled web informed, but the majority will never make it. Isn’t this why we have leaders? Maybe the government only wants us to take direction from the leaders they approve. (i.e. from the media, Hollywood, and pet politicians).

Our partisan, government-sanctioned media is not controlled like the churches and is allowed to push the elite’s agenda unrestrained. This is part of the carefully-laid framework for the silent takeover of our nation [the silencing of church morality and promotion of media-induced immorality].

The politicians who passed this amendment knew they were taking away the power of the church-going masses to hold the government accountable for its actions. It enabled them to continue setting up their fascist police state and New World Order virtually unchecked. It is easier to quash a few dissidents than an organized body that is informed. The people’s power is derived from voting and putting direct pressure on misguided politicians. It is essential that issues crucial to the salvation of our free republic be identified and discussed, but that in itself does nothing to change the policies of the government.

With what I have learned the last 3 years I am totally convinced that the government controlled and government regulated 501c3 churches are one of our biggest adversaries. The poor fools who follow these cowed pastors don't even realize that they are being sold out. Our Constitution says that we have freedom of religion. Well when the government controls the churches with the 501c3 tax exempt status which in turn makes the churches be silent less they lose their 501c3 status. I wonder when the churches did give up their rights to the government through this liberty stripping law. No wonder some of these horrible issues are gaining ground. The churches in this country don't even realize how castrated they are under these egregious laws. And a NON 501c3 church is really hard to find.

Well for all of you who are not aware of what it means for a Church to take on 501c3 status with the IRS and Federal government I'll try to explain it in a nutshell. Basically by the Church signing up for 501c3 tax exempt status they literally toss their freedom of speech as well as other freedoms in the garbage can. A church which is 501c3 can't voice their opinions about Political candidates, political issues or any functions of the government. The 501c3 status literally castrates the churches into a status of total conformity to the government. When in reality it should be the churches asserting what is morally right. But the pastors want the tax exempt status for their own financial benefits. The whole issue about 501c3 churches is that they are pretty much government controlled for the most part. And GOD help us if they pass the Hate Crimes and Hate Speech laws. The ridiculous thing about it is that it is not mandatory for churches to being registered as 501c3 organizations... But 501c3 churches are definitely part of the big overall problem in this country."

Jesus said, (concerning giving). "Don't let your right hand know what your left hand is doing. Yet, in order to get a tax deduction, people write checks and place them in the offering. They may get their tax deduction, but they also have their reward. They won't be rewarded by God unless they give in secret. Those who have 501 C3 status might argue the point, but this is a "stumbling block".

Whether they admit to it or not, when you know "how much" a person is giving, the temptation is there to favor those who give the most. I think it's a sin to give when people know what you have given. I know of churches where the "more fortunate" members run the churches.

Jesus said, "You cannot serve two masters." Furthermore, those who do not speak out and thus, "deny truth" are denying Jesus Christ. He said, "If you deny me before men, I will deny you before the father. He said, "I am the way, the TRUTH, and the life."

There's too much "sweet talk" in the churches. The "harlot" likes to "sweet talk". She doesn't want to make her "pimp" mad or she won't get paid.

Judas was a "harlot". He sold himself and his Christ (Christianity) for money. Those who sell themselves for money, like Judas, will eventually HANG THEMSELVES."

BOOK:
In Caesar's Grip by Peter Kershaw
One reader said: "It is impossible to have religious freedom in any nation where churches are licensed to the government. In this book Peter Kershaw exposes the root cause problems of rampant and unhindered immorality, government tyranny and corruption, and the inability of the State-licenses church to offer any real hope for combatting these devastating societal problems. For the first time in any book I am aware of, the author offers a credible and absolutely indispensable solution for restoring what is the most important of all our rights -- freedom of religion, and its vital partner, freedom of speech. In Caesar's Grip is indispensable." George Hansen, Member of Congress (ret.)

I totally agree the chruch is sold out , I am a christian I attend a chruch that is 501c3 every sunday and have for the last 25 yrs , most of the people who attend have NO idea how this has caused a multitude of problems for the people in this country , and when you tell them they act like your going against the chruch . but saying that , the bible they say speaks of end times so they say ,. Well its suppose to happen this way , Jesus is coming back , referring to gov,t gone wild . so they and many chruch pastors are convicend the only thing to do now is preach salvation messages each week and talk the to the members as if they have weak faith in Christ every week it is the same message get saved , and your not trusting in god like you should . there is NEVER any mention of events going on in the world . the same message get involed in a chruch program , and just share christ . nothing wrong with that at all but with all the corrupt wacky things going on and fact is many people who sit in the pews like work for a comapny that is pushing one world order protocol and dont even see it , like police officers , and gov,t workers and corp. leaders . the 501c3 pastors really dont see there sinfulness by signing up for
